Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept credit and debit card payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa electron, Maestro (Switch) and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet (using our secure ssi encrypted site provided by Barclaycard). We recommend the latter as the most secure.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract exists between us once we send you an order Confirmation. We have included this term to protect ourselves in case a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a product for some reason. In the case of price change we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The Contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Our right to refuse your order
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason including, without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if:-
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered: We do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Important :- Colour representation
Sometimes it is hard to see and represent colours from screen to screen, we are happy to send out samples to you. Please contact us to request samples of wallpaper and fabric prior to purchase. We strongly advise not to book decorators until the wallpaper you have ordered has been delivered, we are not responsible for any cancelled decorator fees.
Price
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website and may be subject to change at any time without prior warning at our discretion.
Back Orders
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For all orders made from inside the UK. 17.5% VAT is included within the advised Web Shop prices shown.
Guarantee
We at Casa Belle Design, will do our utmost to satisfy your needs. All the products on our web site should reach you in perfect condition. If they reach you in imperfect condition, or are not the correct products that you ordered, we shall gladly refund or exchange. We cannot exchange or refund if they are perfect, or as described on the web site, and are the correct items ordered.

Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, please follow the following instructions for returning items.

Ensure that you check all item dimensions(where applicable) prior to ordering.

Please open and check your order within 3 days of receiving it and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately.
Unwanted Items
If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 7 days in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt. Items must not have been assembled or used in any way.

Wallpapers and Fabrics cannot be returned once ordered.

Casa Belle retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable. Please Note that we do not offer a free returns service, we do not refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge.

We do not offer a free collection service.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If your purchase is not fit for purpose, is misdescribed, faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement.

We will require you to return the item in question, as it may be necessary to return it to the manufacturer.
